Ingredients

Water, 21 % WHEAT GLUTEN, 19 % mycoprotein, rapeseed oil, 6 % pea protein, corn fibre, brandy vinegar, potato starch, salt, cider vinegar, dextrose, spices, garlic puree, potato fibre, psyllium husks, thickener: guar gum; natural flavourings.

Cooking instructions

Pan: Heat a sufficient amount of oil in a coated pan. Add the product and fry over a medium-high heat for a total of about 4-5 minutes while turning repeatedly.

Convection oven: Mix the product with a little amount of oil and cook it on a baking tray at 215 °C (dry heat, convection oven) for approx. 6-7 minutes.

After thawing keep chilled at max. +7 °C and consume within 4 days. Do not refreeze after thawing.
