The vegan version of a classic Middle Eastern dish – deliciously seasoned with coriander and paprika.

Ingredients

Water, 21 % pea protein isolate, 13 % fava bean flour, rapeseed oil, brandy vinegar, spices, dextrose, garlic, salt, tomato juice concentrate, malt extract (water, gluten-free roasted BARLEY malt, hops, yeast), herbs, garlic puree, natural flavourings.

Cooking instructions

Pan:
Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan.
While turning repeatedly, fry for about 4-5 minutes at medium heat.

Convection Oven:
Put the kebab on a baking sheet and coat it with a small amount of
vegetable oil. Place it in a convection oven at 185 °C (recirculating air)
and bake it for about 5-6 minutes.

Shelf time

To be stored at -18 °C, best before: see print. After thawing keep chilled at max. +7 °C and consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
