Ingredients
Water, 20 % cornflakes breading (rice flour, starch, cornflakes, water, gram flour, maize flour, salt, dextrose, rapeseed oil), 7 % textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), 5 % pea protein isolate, WHEAT FIBRE, brandy vinegar, rapeseed oil, thickener: methylcellulose; potato starch, WHEAT GLUTEN, gluten-free wholegrain OAT flour, psyllium husks, vegetable powder (leek, onion, parsnip, white cabbage, garlic, carrot, tomato), spices, pea fibre, carrot juice concentrate powder, salt, dextrose, yeast extract, natural flavourings.
Cooking instructions
Pan: Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the thawed schnitzel at medium heat for about 4-5 minutes from both sides until the surface gets golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 73 °C.
Deep fryer: Fry the thawed schnitzel at 175°C for about 4-5 minutes until the surface gets golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 73°C.
Hot air fryer: Place the thawed schnitzel inside the pre-heated air fryer and bake it at 195°C for about 7-8 minutes until the surface gets golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 73 °C.
Convection oven: Place the thawed schnitzel inside a convection oven and bake it at 180°C (recirculating air) for about 9-10 minutes until the surface gets golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 73 °C.
