Our vegan bratwurst impresses with its real bratwurst flavour*. As in the gastronomy kitchen every minute counts, our vegan bratwurst is also available pre-cooked and pre-sliced!

Ingredients

Water, rapeseed oil, 5 % WHEAT GLUTEN, 4 % pea protein, 3 % textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), starch, thickener: methylcellulose; WHEAT STRAW FIBRE, brandy vinegar, diced onions, dextrose, salt, spices, psyllium husks, herbs, natural flavourings.

Cooking instructions

Preperation without sauce:

Pan:
Heat enough oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the frozen sausage slices and fry over a medium heat for approx. 4-5 mins. in total while stirring.

Convection oven:
Coat the frozen sausage slices with a little oil and heat on a tray either at 130 °C and 30 % steam or in a preheated oven at 200 °C dry heat for approx. 5 mins.

Preperation with sauce:

Microwave:
Heat 500 g frozen sausage slices in approx. 250 g commercially available curry sauce in a microwave-safe dish for approx. 13 mins. at 800 watts.

Convection oven:
Heat 500 g frozen sausage slices in approx. 250 g commercially available curry sauce in a gastronorm container at 130 °C with steam without a lid for approx. 25 mins.

Packaging unit: 1,5 kg Tubular bags, individually portionable

Shelf life:
To be stored at -18 °C (compartment or freezer) at least until: See imprint. Once defrosted, store refrigerated at max. +4 °C and consume within 4 days. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
