Ingredients

Water, 8 % textured wheat protein (WHEAT PROTEIN, WHEAT FLOUR), rapeseed oil, WHEAT FLOUR, starch, 3 % pea protein, 2 % WHEAT GLUTEN, thickener: methylcellulose; WHEAT STRAW FIBRE, brandy vinegar, maize flour, salt, potato flakes, spices, cider vinegar, psyllium husks, yeast, natural flavourings.

Cooking instructions

Pan: Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the thawed nuggets at medium heat for about 4-5 minutes from both sides until the surface gets golden-brown andthe internal temperature reaches 73 °C.

Deep fryer: Fry the thawed nuggets at 175°C for about 2-3 minutes until the surface gets golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 73°C.

Hot air fryer: Place the thawed nuggets inside the pre-heated hot air fryer and bake themat 195°C for about 4-5 minutes and until the surface gets golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 73 °C.

Convection oven: Place the thawed nuggets inside a convection oven and bake the mat 180°C (recirculating air) for about 6-7 minutes until the surface gets golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 73 °C.
