Ingredients

Water, onions, rapeseed oil, 6 % pea protein isolate, 6 % texturated wheat protein (WHEAT PROTEIN, WHEAT FLOUR), coconut oil, 5 % WHEAT PROTEIN, 4 % fava bean flour, WHEAT STRAW FIBRE, thickener: methylcellulose; salt, spices, cider vinegar, rice flour, malt extract (water, gluten-free roasted BARLEY malt, hops, yeast), psyllium husks, rock candy runoff syrup, dextrose, balsamic vinegar powder, caramel sugar syrup, smoked maltodextrin (maltodextrin, smoke), smoked salt (salt, smoke), natural flavourings.

Cooking instructions

Pan:
Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry
the thawed burger at medium heat for about 3-4 minutes from both
sides and the internal temperature reaches 73 °C.

Grill:
Coat the thawed burger with a bit of vegetable oil. Grill them at
medium heat for about 3-4 minutes from both sides and the internal
temperature reaches 73 °C

Convection Oven:
Coat the thawed burger with vegetable oil and bake it in a convection
oven at 190 °C (recirculating air) for about 8 minutes and until the
internal temperature reaches 73 °C.

Microwave:
Put the thawed burger on a plate und heat it for about 2,5 minutes at
800 W in the microwave and until the internal temperature reaches
73 °C.

Shelf time

To be stored at -18 °C, best before: see print. After thawing keep chilled at max. +7 °C and consume within 3 days.
